Remodeling of classrooms retains the original ceiling height and millwork details while providing new direct / indirect lighting and new flooring, concealing all electrical and communications conduit and radiation piping, replacing exposed cast iron radiators with fin-tube radiation cabinets and repairing, refinishing and repainting the wall surfaces and millwork.
