HVAC and Structural
Framework

The renovation of a classroom and faculty office building designed in 1923 that reestablishes the original design presence and character while integrating new air conditioning, lighting and communications technology. A new air conditioning system utilizes a spacious and underutilized attic with existing ventilation vertical shaft ways to supply displacement ventilation diffuser cabinets that avoid using horizontal ductwork within suspended ceilings.
