Ensemble from the Southwest

The intrusive, large-scale parking structure is embedded within the block and shielded from the streets by existing and proposed buildings. The Town Green and Town Garden frontages are masked by an arcade, which is connected through skylit passages in the parking structure and existing mews between building to the Town's main street.
