The retail, atrium and assembly spaces that occupy the plinth are linked by an internal circulation spine which also links the office tower. The latter is configured by a pair of column free lease spans as book ends to the elevator, stair and service core, and is clad in a tight by-passing skin, ventilated cavity window wall of tinted outer and insulated low emissivity inner glass.
