The repetitive cellular gallery fingers extend their legs over a pedestrian walk that adjoins the vehicular access to the building and connects to the streets at the edges of the site. Metal cladding is enhanced by deep horizontal reveals, causing the galleries to hover over a punctuated stone clad plinth.
