Central Plaza

The composition is organized to intentionally expose the plaza to the south and to maximize the use of natural daylight and ventilation. Solar radiation is controlled by a glazed cavity wall in the office slab and by deep exterior horizontal mullions and vertical fins in the Public Service Building and Council Hall.
