Street Elevation

The steep gable roof over a brick and cement stucco enclosure accommodates 3rd level sleeping rooms and allows exposure to the sun, unshaded by adjacent houses, when using photovoltaic panels. Raised ground level floors permit the omission of basements and the use of foundation excavation spoils as fill for the courtyards and porches.
