The Town Hall office wing repairs a frayed urban street edge with a two-story, punctured brick enclosure that extends the existing street cornice heights, under a gable metal roof with dormers concealing a third floor. The projecting curved window box planters announce the presence of side entrances and serve to anchor the ends of the street facade.
