Master plan for an existing rail yard as an air rights development of office, hotel retail and cultural complex that focuses on a new passenger terminal. The redevelopment mitigates the chasm of grade level rail yards and a highway by bridging over them with garden terraces linking a new station plaza to the seashore with cascading basins.
