Chicago Park District Sports Complex Lobby Renovation Chicago, Illinois
The budget constrained renovation of an ice rink and tennis field house lobby with its ancillary business office/counter and concession area focuses on the development of new way-finding signage, notice and information display boards and replacing the floor finishes. Brighter, colorful surfaces enliven the space and a skate-resistant floor with varying textures contributes functional distinctions to the lobby activities.
