A cellular assembly of clerestory lighted, repetitive permanent exhibit galleries and outdoor sculpture terraces that enfront a water park as fingers threaded by a circulation spine. The underlying temporary galleries, visitor, educational and curatorial facilities are set within a sunken garden and their sinious perimeter makes reference to the nearby seashore.
