Energy efficient dwellings that restructure the traditional urban land use pattern by placing four houses on two 25’x125’ lots which are given access through a gated courtyard. Each house features a raised private porch, daylight and cross ventilation to each of the six rooms, two per floor on three levels, without compromising privacy.
