An Expansion Master Plan to encompass the addition of a new sanctuary, chapel, offices and classrooms to an existing multi-use hall. The proposed development relies on the extension of the exsiting building as plinth that is linked to a cylindrical chapel and is superimposed by the conical roof of the sanctuary.
